When a colleague decided to launch her own consulting practice, she asked me to help create a brand that reflected her extensive experience and clearly defined her niche within the consulting world.

Stacey began her career as a dental hygienist before moving into leadership. As the Clinical & Operations Director for a West Michigan dental practice, she became an EOS Integrator and helped guide the organization’s expansion into a six-office dental group. She then joined a growing Dental Service Organization (DSO), first in operations and later as Senior Hygiene Director, where she developed systems and led teams across the U.S.

Her strength in mentoring teams and building holistic business systems ultimately inspired her to step out on her own. Today, Stacey specializes in coaching leadership teams—particularly in healthcare and dentistry—to overcome obstacles and build healthy, thriving organizations.

Having started her career working “chairside” as a hygienist, the parallel to her new coaching role quickly became clear. After landing on the name Chairside Collaborative, I set out to develop a brand identity that captured both Stacey’s expertise and her approachable, grounded personality.
